Legal Question in Family Law in India
I got married 2 years before. I have a 1 year child. My wife not respecting me & my family. 1 year before she gave all the jewells including the marriage chain to her brother. And when i asked, she fight with me and left my home and, when i called she replying "she will came when she likes". In simple words "no love in me, she only acting". Now it is the 9th month she left. I want divorce. A land in the name of my father. I have no property in my name. My question is 1. Is there a need to share in my father's land. 2. My wife is well educated, so is there a need for me to give wages in my earnings? How much time it will take? Please advice. Thank you so much.

you will have to give maintenance to the child and if your wife is not earning then to her also.Is your fathers property self ACQUIRED OR INHERITED. iF INHERITED YOUR SON WILL have a share too
