Legal Question in Family Law in India

we are married for 10 years. We have a 8 year son. My husband is not willing to support the expenses of my son wrt anything like food, education, clothing. As I used to work and pay for all these from my income he now denies to pay from his pocket and pressurises me to pay for all home and kids expenses. Can I seek legal help on this so that he is forced to pay all expenses of my son?

You are entitled to contribution from your husband towards expenses for raising your son.
