Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have been married for 16 years.govt.employee my husband is also the same.I have 2 kids age of 15 and 9.In the year2011 April suddenlyrics told that he does not want me any more I must leave his house with kids or without kids.I was shocked. Because I love him very much .I didn't leave his house.Iam still there .In the mean time he has brutally beat me in 2013 Oct.Abe cause of he was demand did get money and I refused.the police neighbour committee settlement done and he wrote a .muchleka that he never beat me again.After that he stopped to give everything to me and my kids except edurational expenses. Now he and his mother stay together. His mother never like me l must mention.Now the problem is I am going to sell my two storied building with in 2years now you must leave my house .I am help less.I can't make out what to do.I don't want to go any where without him please help me.

File a complaint under domestic violence Act and apart from other reliefs seek residential right. Once you get it, he will not be able to evict you. He has to file a suit for it which will take years to decide. But it is clear that this marriage will not work now and therefore you should think of long term and final solution.Life should be practical not legal.
