i am married for 7 yrs have 2 daughters elder ome is 3yrs old & the younger is 1&1/2 yr old . recently we had an argument and my husband slaped after which i also hit him later called the police& both of us made a police complain . i left his house with my younger daughter & the elder one was left behind becz her schools where going on . now his family does not wnt me back . but i want my daughter back . i am ready to stay with him with my daughters but he is not ready to leave his parents . what r my rights in this case . can i get the custody on both my daughters ? i am working & earning & qualified more than him plz advice
