hi i am married for almost 2 yrs. i am not happy with my married life, so i am thinking to get divorce. but main promblem is that my wife is 4 month pregnant and she not ready to get abortion. although she is pregnant i am not willing to stay with her. she is ready to give divorce by mutual understanding, but i dont belive her. she can change her mind at the last time. so what is the legal advice for me to do in such a case. plz do reply.

if she agrees for mutual divorce what good reasons do u have to doubt her. if you think that she may change her mind then you adopt the difficult road for filing divorce on one of the grounds. What grounds do u have for divorce. Merely not being happy is no ground.
Your statement does not provide any reason for divorce. Stay cool and make your wife happy in this difficult period. If you do not, she may file a criminal complaint against you; and you may be guilty of cruelty and domestic violence. If she decides to proceed against you, there is possibility of your being arrested. A jail term is also possible.
