Legal Question in Family Law in India

I've been married for 5yrs. My hubby and me never had a proper intercourse.Everytime i approached him he would give reasons and aviod me.But we very occassionaly used to have foreplay and it was during the foreplay i luckily conceived and during my 4th year of marriage i was blessed with a baby boy. He hs stil in all these 5years has never approached me to have sex and likewise if i approach his behaviour is the same. Moreover i find him very aggressive towards me keeps abusing me for every silly matter. Even his mom keeps filling his ears against me and tells him "You need to alwsys keep your wife under your control". I'm mentally very disturbed with this mental harassment cause i am left ignored altime.

it is not clear as to how you conceived during the foreplay. unless there is insertion and complete sexual intercourse, how once can conceive. however, this aspect needs to be explained in detail. regarding your post here, what exactly you want out of this relationship. do you want to save your marriage or go for dissolution?

Dear client if yr husband is unable to make intercourse with u then u can ask divorce on the ground of impotency. U can also file police complaint against husband and mother in law under sec 498 a.
