Legal Question in Family Law in India

i got married before 7 yrs. my husband is 43 and i am 40. i was in a private job when i got married and it is in my native town. he is a govt employee and he is then working at hyderabad. after marriage he used to come monthly once and stays with me for 3 days. and we got a baby. after 2 yrs also he is not willing to take me to his place. for 2 yrs i m with my parents only. our inlaws even dont talk with me. he alone goes to their parents. one of his sisters is also staying with their pare ints with her family. our inlaws family is at a village near to visakhapatnam in their own house. the problem is my husband is not even treating me and my child as his family. he even dont t talks with me. doesnt have physical contact with me. he is earning nearly 80 thousan per month, but he only gives us only 15000 for household maintenance and the remaining amount he spends on their sisters or some where else. if i ask him he just says that its none of ur business just get out. i ii give u money for food and clothes that all. he goes to their house monthly once and they dont even talk to

me or with my child. there is no relation between us. we both are staying under one roof without any relation. this was really suffering me a lot. he even doesnt cares about and talks to me. what should i do?
