Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am married for 6yrs with problematic relationship with my husband. I have a 2month old kid now. My husband left us in my parents house and not bothered about us. he is not visiting us and not giving any monetary support. What should I do in this situation? can I apply for RCR case and ask for maintenance? Pl Advice. Thanks.

Dear client first issue legal notice through lawyer and ask husband to take u back to matrimonial home. If husband not take u back then file case of restitution of conjugal rights. As well as file maintenance under sec 125 for u and child. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
