Legal Question in Family Law in India

i have been married for 9 yrs but have separated since 2011. My wife had filed 2 cases in cuttack (Orissa) court under CRP and family court. Now her parents are ready for a mutal settlement i.e divorce. According to the application they have sent they say that both the cases would be withdrawn within a period of 3 months after the dissolution of marriage... your take on this.

Don't go for it. Either withdrawal should be before filing the petition or between the two motions.
