Legal Question in Family Law in India

I want to marry a girl who was in live in relation for 18 months neither have any registry nor social marriage.So if we go for registry marriage can it be done or divorce is the only way for it.Also she doesnot have any issue.Please suggest

dear client.......

if you both are bachelors then yes you can move for court marriage........

if any of you are married you need to first get divorce and then go for court marriage.......
