Can i marry a girl who is married but already living apart from her husband since long time (Since 2 yrs.) ?

But she has not got divorce till now.

No, you cannot marry her till she is divorced. If you do, you may face criminal prosecution. Even a live-in relationship is not permissible with a married woman.

dear client u cannot marry her. if u marry with her then her husband can file case of bigamy against u and her and u both will get punishment up to seven years jail. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
