Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh
I am marrying a woman, a widow who has a daughter from her past marriage. I want to adopt the girl, as I am marrying the mother. I would appreciate it if you kindly advise me on how to proceed on this matter. Very grateful, thank YOU

if u r a Muslim note that u r not permitted to adopt a child. Statutory law of BD is also silent in this issue. But u may be apointed as a guardian (not as father) of that child through court's order.
