Legal Question in Family Law in India
My maternal grandfather had ancestral property viz.one house and a field.he passed away in 1954 and left behind 3 sons and 6 daughters.out of these,1 son and 2 dauthers have passed away leaving behind their heirs.all daughters are married between 1960-80.in such case,what will be th share of everyone in % in house and the field?my mobile=9325589160.do reply as different lawyers are confusing us mentioning different answers.. thanks..
