Legal Question in Family Law in India

Mcd under 498a finished. Normally how many sittings or months the case may run for child custody. What if she does not attend the court after i put case. I m applying for 4.5 yrs old daughter. My wife is staying with a married person. Still I have not got visiting rights and I have not seen my daughter since past 2.5 yrs.

you may file the case, but custody depends upon court or your MCD settlement terms.
