What is the meaning of inheritable property??
If my father owns a self acquired property and he is still alive does that property becomes inheritable for me??
How can we protect it in the wake of Amended marriage bill getting passed in the parliament??

dear client yes its is inherited to you, inheritable means property which is transfer to the legal heir of property owner,immediate transfer the property to your other love one

It is not inherited. Self acquire property cannot be claimed by anyone not even by you.
but if your father make a will in your favor then it will be your inherited property and then she can claim.
