i am from meerut up as there is no anticipatory bail in up there is case runing on me of false 498a , hc is not giving same day for me they have given order for same day for my parents. my parents surrender in court and got bail on same day . my lawer is saying if i surrender in court magistrate will send me in jail for few days. what to do now as i dont want to go jail as i am innocent have not done anything wrong pls help me

I think it is better to evade arrest, at this point. If you surrender and move for bail prosecution will object on the ground that investigation is completed. So I think it s better to evade arrest till the imvestigation completes. Once the investgation you can move for bail. Also consider the opnion of your Advocate also in this matter, in some places there is a trend of keeping the husband on remand for some days, that risk is there.
