i am from meerut (up) my wife has put false 498a and 323. and IO of my case of mahila thana is saying she wil take me in front of magistrate along with charge sheeet , wil magestrate arrest me that time or give me time for bail. i applied for same day order but my lawer says orders are given for my mother and father but not for me. now pls tel me what to do now that i should not get arrested. my lawer is also saying that he wil take stay against charge sheet is this step right .

He is not guiding you well.
Coz Stay can never be granted on putting of charge.
But the right way is to get Anticipatory bail for you before you got arrested.
You need to approach high court for stay on arrest as no provision of anticipatory bail in UP
