I want meet my daughter 8.5 years earliest. My wife leave my house 4 months ago alongwith my daughter. She filed a divorce case under sec. 13. Thereafter I filed a case under sec 9 for compromise. How can I meet my daughter earliest. My in-laws intend to not to meet my daughter. Please adise

You did blunder by filing Peterson under section -9 HMAct. You can file application under section 26 of Hindu Marriage Act seeking custody of the child. In case of need contact with details. Siddharth
