Mera divorce hoy 3 sal ho gay hain or mera aik beta hay jo kay x wife kay pas hay jo kay agreement hoa tha dono families kay darmian kay bachay ke maan shadi nahi karay ge agar karay ge to bacha wapis kiya jay ga agreement zubani tha kya bachay ke custody mujhay mil sakte hay

you can have visitation schedule, otherwise second marriage is no conditional ground to change custody rights. welfare of the minor is to be seen and must be assured while deciding the factor of custody.

dear brother it depends of factual grounds of the case but now in light of new cases the second marriage of wife is no ground but walfare of kids are most important factor for custody cases. my advice is to file case of custody and defend on your own grounds.
