Dear,in sharia'h if husband pronounces three divorces it becomes irrevocable. but family law in Pakistan divorce becomes effective if notice in writing intimating divorce has been delivered to wife. in you case no such case has been served upon wife so there is no divorce. secondly your mother can file a suit for maintenance allowance and you all minors can file a suit for maintenance allowances against your father and father is bound to pay all such allowances.
