Divorce ke lie aapko divorce petition file karna hoga aur sath me hi custody application laga sakte ho. Agar bacche 5 sal se niche hain to custody aapko hi milegi. Agar us se upar hain to bhi custody mil sakti hai.Sath hi aap maintenance ke lie bhi apply kar sakte ho.
