Legal Question in Family Law in India
can a mere declaration of a layman that he was adopted by so and so person be valid in law.If not that what is the procedure to cancel such declaration.

as the declaration is not valid, so no need to get it cancelled. adoptions are done by adoption deed or conduct of the adoptive parents.
