mere husband ne apni family k kehne pr mujhe divorce de di mera gold or sara saman wahan pr he ab ex husband ne mere 10 month k bete ki custody ka case file kia he or mujh pr jhute ilzam lagae hen k me shadi kr chuki hun plz im very tense help me

1. pehle number par tu aap apne husband k khilaf haq mahar, gold, jahez k saman ki recovery aur bete k kharche ka case file karen.

2. secondly jo case aap k husband ne file kia hay aap us ko contest karen aur aap bhi apne bete ki custody ka case file karen. child ki custody k liay court sirf aur sirf uski welfare ko dekhe gi. tu abhi aap ka beta sirf 10 month ka hay is liay us ki welfare aap k sath hi hay.
