mere husband ne mujhy union consil k through divorce di hain,aik beti 15 months ki mere pass hai,mein ne us pe bachi n apni maintaince ka suit kia hoa hai,us ne maintaince deny se inkar ker dia hai,woh kehta hai k hum ne divorce larki ki will pe di hai,is liye mein koi harch nai don ga,hala k meri written statement union consil mein hai, k mein sulah chati hun.guide me
