Legal Question in Family Law in India

Mere in laws ne mujhe ghar se nikal diya tha. Legal aid me mujhse pucha gaya tha ki mai apne husband ke sath rehna chahti hu ya nahi. Maine vaha keh diya tha ki mai rehna chahti hu kyuki us waqt mai sure nahi thi. Vaha par mujhe 125 cpc case file karne ko kaha gaya. Lekin ab mai sure hu ki mere husband divorce chahte hai. Mujhe unke divorce file karne ka wait karna chahiye ya fir unke against dv aur 498a cases file karne chahiye? Kya women cell me application dena jaruri hai?
