Meri aur mere husband ki y second marriage h. Mere husband ke do bachche h aur vo kafi bade h aur is shadi se khush nhi h. Mujhe bachche nahi huye. Humari shadi ko 6 saal ho gaye h. Mere pati mujhse saaf keh bhi chuke h ki yadi unhe future me kuch ho bhi gaya to unka beta meri dekhbhal karega. Indirect way me vo apni will ka saaf kar chuke ki mere liye unhone kuch nhi rakha. Jubki inke bachcho ka behaviour mere saath rude h aur y sab jante bhi h. Magar future k liye y keh chuke h ki vo log chahe jesa bhi behave kare mujhe adjust karna hoga kyunki future me unhi par depend rehna h. Kya is stithi me future me main kisi bhi terah se mere pati ki sampatti ki hakdaar rahugi. Me us samay koi job bhi nhi kar paungi. Kya me kanuni rup se inki patni nhi hu. Kya mujhe aaj hi apne bhavishya k liye bhi kuch soch kar chalna chaiye. Kya is shadi se mujhe abhi hi alag ho jana chahiye.

what was his status at the time of marriage?/ a widower or a divorcee or is he living with you without divorcing his wife?? your rights will be decided from the status.if he wills his property to his children then you have to be dependant on them which may or may not happen.call me for further queries 9312411481
