Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Meri 2 betiya hain, 4 years and 1.5 years, wife ko divorce ho gai hay aur wo bachiya sath lay gai hay, wo aik backward ilaqay say taluk rakhti hay aur wahan minors ka koi future nahi hay, may unko apni custody may laina chahta hu I am civil servant at Islamabad and having my own residence in Islamabad, please guide me

yes you can claim custody if you show the courts that you can maintain child better than mother.
