meri 6 sal pehle shadi houi thi aur ab main 4 sal se apni pati se alag reh raha hoon wo mujhe divorce nahi dena chati kuonki wo paise chahti hai ab mujhe kya karna chahiye wo mujhe mentally bahut jada tang kar rahi hai meri income bi itni jada nahi hai

You can file a suit for divorce But yes, you will for maintenance of your wife.
