Normally, when a person get marry, he will not print or disclose his private description in his Matrimonial Biodata. Because of such thing, you ran away from your matrimonial house. The fact, itself shows your mala fide conduct and ill designs. No women will leave her husband for such an issue. There is some underlying motive you have, behind this entire scene.
Your claim that he has cheated you is absolutely bogus, ill-founded and frivolous. Yes, if your husband is impotent then it is different. but that seems to be not your claim.
Regarding the fact that he has obtained job on the basis of blindness, how does that matter to you. Important is he got a Job. You cannot say he cheated you, unless you are saying that he is actually blind, and that they did not disclose this fact to you, and you were so naive that you never realized that he is BLIND. This is really preposterous.
Regarding Age, you would have the Birthdate of your husband before marriage. Is that a wrong birth data ? If it is a wrong birth date, say the boy is 5 10 years old to you, then it is ok. But otherwise, there is no point.
You seem to be precipitating. I beleive you just want to extort money from them or you have some other ill designs. Stop misusing femine laws,
