Meri wife badtameez hey . Aksar gar me larti rehti by . She often abuse me and my parents . we have two sons and one daughter . Their ages are 5 ' 4 and 2 years .My salary is Rs. 23000 . If We seperate . tell me about custody of children and maintenance .

mother retains the custody of minors,boys till the age of 7 and girl till the age of puberty 13/14 years, after that the custody may shift if other important elements works in the favor of father.
