Merit wife me domestic vilonce ka jhoota case daal diya..an WO 600000 monetry fund aur 20000 per month maag rahi hai.

Mera ek beta hai 7 month ka..hamne section 9 ka case file kar diya tha lekin WO court me nhi aayi thi . uske baad usne domestic vilonce ka case daal diya.kya court ek jute case me maintenance aue monetry fund ka order due sakti hai.me apnea bete ki custody air uske future ke liye kya jar sakta hu.

Pls help me
