I am in a mess of a marriage with my husband who is a hindu & I a christian. What divorce law would rule in our case & also we are from different states so how to I go about filing divorce. We have a 3 year old child ...I am a working mother who normally gets custody of the kids?

dear client u have to file divorce under special marriage act. u have to file divorce where u both get married or where u lastly resided together as husband and wife. court will not grant custody to father below five years of the age. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
