mn ne apni wife ko single talak di magar khandaan k baroon k kehne par notices recieve hone se pehly hi TCS k office se ja kar with draw kar liye. talak k papers na to wife ko pohanch sake ya hi union council ko pohanchy. kiya ye talak ho gai ya nah?

as per Islamic law it is one divorce which required Raju within prescribed period . after that you have two rights left.
