name is Mohan. I have 3 sisters and one brother. My father passed away in 1996 and my mother is bedriddin. I only taking care of my mother and almost spending 50 k every month for her medical expenses. My sisters and brother not even paying single rupee for my mother. We have some ancestral property inherited from my father. I am 43 years old and middle class person. I am spending my whole salary to my mother My question is, as per new law my sisters and brother are legal heir of the ancestral property? If yes how to claim my mother expenses from my sisters and brother
