Legal Question in Family Law in India

my mom died 2 yrs back. our home land was in mom's name. mother gave me permission to build room in this land. now brothers asking to pay money as this room occupied more land in terms of equal share. is is acceptable.

If u do not have anything in writing given by ur mother alienating transfer of land, then all ur brothers have right.

yes as all have equal share in the property ........

and is advisible to go for a family partition and make everything on pen and paper
