Legal Question in Family Law in India
My mother has kept my big brother with his wife in our house 8 months back, initially they were in harmony, but from 3 months they are used to abuse badly & fight from my mother & an unmarried sister daily...I want to know how to remove them from our house.

Complaint the police and you can easily throw them out of your house.

Your mother can initiate a complaint against them.
