can mother change my kid name and apply for Nadra B form and other documents without fathers's permission?. if not. what i should do against her legal action ?. Although i have kids's birth certificate and Nadra B form legaly

Anyone can NADRA can answer you exactly on this.. However practically it happened in one of my client's cases.. I think its easy.. What you can do is that you can file a suit for declaration against NADRA and your wife both and get things corrected if anything wrong is done or you can take a stay order for prevention before anything wrong is done.. Please note, by law "CHANGE" in NADRA records is not allowed. The claimant has to plead for "Correction" in records. And in such situation, a Suit for Declaration and Mandatory Injunction is filed.
That said, your wife can bring an action for 'correction' in NADRA records thereby affecting change in the names of your children. And you can become party of the case (by filing a O.1, R.10 Petition) and contest it.
Usually, the courts do not grant relief in such cases where there comes before the court an element of deception or ulterior motive on the part of the party claiming correction in records.
