my mother was expired 1 yr ago.father did a 2nd marriage 6 months ago..now my step mother is mentaly harassing me. I am a girl of 20yrs..want to file a legal case for getting separate living arrangement from my father and step mother.what should i do..is there any provision for filing this type of case or not?

you are an adult and can live seperately.
