If a mother gifted or made a will of her property for her sons, which she earned from her business and after sometime she takes divorce from her husband and get married to some other person, can she cancel the will or gift deed, as both the sons like to live with their father only.

A gift once made cannot be revoked. But if the gifted property has not been transferred, you may refuse to transfer and cancel the gift.
WILL : However, you are entitled to cancel or amend your WILL at any time during your life time.
