My mother is lecturer and my father is in bsf(defense service) and my father is not sending money at home for our basic necessities and expence...we are 2 sisters and i am above 18 and my sister is in 11th class...sir please help me what the legal step we can take ...for our right

You can file complaint with higher authority of defence. You may also approach u/s. 125 Cr. P.C asking for maintenance. Your father is legally and morally bound to maintain your mother, you and your sister. As per law uptil your marriage or marriage of your sister and mother is entitled till her death. As per law you people are entitled to live in accordance with the status of your father.
