i along with my mother are living separately from my father from last 20 years.
i m the only son and my grandparents are not there.my father owns three pieces of property.first one is ancestral land in village.second was purchased after selling ancestral house in delhi.third was presented to my father by my grandmother. my father didnt created any of the three assets as he never worked or earned.do i or my mother have any legal share in my father's property?

yes you have right in the property as the property is ancestral, you can file a suit for partition in which you are entitle to get 1/3 share along with your mother and father who ll get 1/3 each.
