Legal Question in Family Law in India

My mother had split from my father and leaving alone with us for about 7 years..

we are earning for our living and we are happy with our life..

now recently my father is coming and asking money for his living..

please advice how to eliminate him from our life..

please note official divorce

not been applied..

Firstly, if he is harassing, give a police complaint. Secondly, your mother should move a divorce petition to dissolve the marriage for ever.
