Legal Question in Family Law in Guyana

I am a mother of 2 and have summon the father for child support. But if he refuses to sign for their passports to travel. What steps can I take to have this done? Please know that they are staying with me and he is visiting them once every other year.

Hi,

A letter can be written to him for his consent. If he does not consent, you will have to file court proceedings.
