Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am a mother.In a guardianship case court orderd to my husband that he can see his child twice in a month..but after one month they again file a petition to court to pass an order to change the place of visitation.but court send all the matter to medication center of another court.so what would be the step from me and did the previous order is applicable or not?please help me as soon as possible.

dear client in medication center tell the Councillor that it is not possible to send child to another place. still court order for other place then challenge the order in high court. for any legal help call me
