Me Muslim hu aur Christian banna chahta hu. Agar me apna Dharm change karta hu to kya mujhe mere father ki property ko chodna padega? Dharm change karne ke baad mere father ki property me meri hissedari par kya asar pad sakta he?

1) The Act XXI of 1850 has the effect of abrogating the rule of Mohammedan Law by which a non-Muslim is debarred from inheriting the property of a Muslim.

2) It is impermissible for Muslims to attend baptisms and other rituals that involve unbelief. Please refer to Fatwa 90151.

3) Hadeeth (narration): "No Muslim inherits from a disbeliever and no disbeliever inherits from a Muslim." [Al-Bukhari]

4) "No people belonging to two different religions should inherit from each other." [Abu Daawood and At-Tirmithi] Hence u r not entitled.
