Legal Question in Family Law in India

Under Muslim Inheritance Law, My father has donated a property of a house and hotel to a charity foundation through a HIBA. He died after that. My father a wife, two sons, one daughter, a full sister, a consanguine sister, a predeceased son�s sons, a predeceased son�s daughter and one predeceased daughter�s son. But before dying, he contacted the foundation and wanted to revoke the hiba partially. He wanted to recover the HOUSE from the gift. But the next day he died. As a son, can I file a case on the owner and if I file a case, on what issues should i file? Can i challenge the validity of the gift and the partition?

was the giftdeed in writing or verbal. I would like to see the giftdeed before I can advice.Yes the gift can be revoked under the muslim law .
