Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am Muslim and I Love a Hindu Girl, We both are 26 Year old. And We want to marry with each-other. but her family Against our marriage while I also them that I will convert in Hindu. But They are still not agree for our marriage. And I also don't want that my wife will follow Muslim religion Because Muslim Religion has many bound and she can't follow them . After observing our situation we decided that we neither convert or follow Hindu Religion and nor Muslim religion.
So Finally both we choose to convert in Christian Religion. Because we like Christian Religion and we feel peace in Church. And we want to spend our remaining life in Christian Religion.
Q.1 :- Now we decided we should convert in Christian Religion and then we will marry via Christian Religion Process. Is it possible to do. And is legal process or not. and if we do this then We will face any legal problem or not, If yes then which problem came of front us in future. Please guide me properly.
Q:-2 And also we want NOC from her family, because her family told me that if both you marry with each-other. We will kill both of you. So please guide me about legal process to take NOC from her family.

1) In Christian personal law if divorce is required at a later stage,
it is very difficult than Hindu and Muslim Law. Now this point may
not be palatable to u, but is a fact. Laws of inheritance on property
is also complex.
2) To convert to Hindu and perform other customs and rituals this
may be better. The property law goes by succession. U will lose
claim in property of bride.
3) For objection from parents of bride, the position do not change
be it conversion to Islam or Christianity. The will continue to object.
4) Since u r prepared to be Hindu, if they change their mind, then it
would be positive for u.
5) No NOC is required if both of u attained legal age. Since they are
against this marriage, they may not give u any NOC. Even if they
give under brides pressure, NOC cannot prevent them from harming u both.
6) Think well on religious conversion best suits u. Take the matured advice
of local experienced elder senior citizens friends and decide.
