Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a muslim woman age 40 i took divoce after 10 year of my marriade life 2007 i have 2 kids age 15 /13 i got marriade again on2010 when i was seperated on 2004 from that day my first husband didnt gave me any thing can i get the maintaince of my kid now and his property share of my kids. And how much i vl get as they study in good school. Please help

yes you can file case on the bases of your children.
