Legal Question in Family Law in India

A Muslim woman married to a Sunni Muslim man for 18yrs. Husband walked out on flimsy domestic issues in Dec 2013: Then repeatedly told his family that he would divorce her. Returned home on 21st feb 2014 but said he will still not have any relations with her. Sleeps in separate room and has no contact with her. Is the Islamic 'illa' divorce applicable as the husband forswore his wife. The four months period of Al-illa expires in April first week. Will divorce be final if no recoincillation is there before this date ?

yes as per sunni law it will be.
