Through Mutual Consent we are getting divorced. We have two children. they are with me (mother). Now my area of concern can I remarry ?
Next what will be the status of the children? What will be their legal relation with the person I remarry?

yes you can marry after the divorce your wife will be the stepmother of the kids.Hope she gets along with the kids and that you dont neglect them for your new family then it will be very sad for the kids.
Yes, you can marry at any time. See, there are two options. Either your new husband go for an adoption deed and formally adopts the child or your previous husband will remain to be father of the children for all purposes except custody. If the custody was not covered under the petition, then the previous husband can file a petition for that.
